Founder & CEO
I was born in Wilmington, and no matter where life took me, this coastal town remained part of who I am. After spending my adolescence away, I always knew I’d come back. In 2022, my husband and I returned with our three children, finally planting our roots where my heart has always been.
My work has long been centered around older adults. I started in occupational therapy, spending years in skilled nursing facilities, where I discovered how much I value listening to the life stories of older adults and helping them feel seen, heard, and valued.
That passion led me to continue my education in aging. I earned my Masters in Applied Gerontology from the University of North Carolina Wilmington and also became a Certified Aging-in-Place Specialist.
I’m grateful for the opportunity to bring my experience, education, and heart for service back to the community that I love.
